Our charitable activity is focused on supporting orphans and sick children. Alfa-Bank employees support the children not only financially, but also as volunteers engaged in support and implementation of charitable initiatives. We believe that such an active social position of employees of Alfa-Bank Ukraine is an important element of our corporate culture. The key project of Alfa Bank Ukraine is corporate volunteering. The basis of this social initiative of the Bank, covering all regions of Ukraine, is the idea of proper help to the children in orphanages. In our view, the key need of the children is that of our personal involvement, not material support. Our teams of volunteers provide children deprived of family warmth with master classes and other lessons, play with them and read them books. In that way, they give the children what they need most - attention and care. We believe that such efforts assist the development and social adaptation of children. Helping our colleagues in the regions to organize such events, we welcome the involvement of families, friends, clients and partners of our bank in the project. The project is implemented in conjunction with a partner, charity portal.
