Rafal Juszczak joined the team of Alfa-Bank Ukraine in October, 2019. Before his appointment as a General Manager he was heading Alfa-Bank Belarus for four years, while from April of 2019 he was a member of Supervisory Board of Alfa-Bank Ukraine.
Rafal Juszczak has over 22 years of experience on managing positions in different banking establishments. He headed the management boards and ran a number of financial companies, among which Polish Bank PKO Bank Polski and First Ukrainian International Bank. He worked also on the managerial positions of Citibank (Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA).
Mr Juszczak graduated from the University of Gdansk (Poland) with Master’s Degree in History in 1994 and from the Graduate School of Management (Ecole Supйrieure de Commerce) in Rouen (France) with Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance (Master Spйcialisй Banque et Finance) in 1996.

Mr. Lukanov joined the Bank in February 2006 and until 2013 held positions as President and Chief Executive Officer of Alfa-Bank Ukraine.
With over twenty years banking experience, he is also currently a member of the Board of Directors of Alfa-Bank Group. Until 2005, he served as Head of Corporate Banking and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alfa-Bank Russia.
He was Chairman of the Board of Alfa-Bank subsidiaries in Belarus and Kazakhstan, a member of the Board of Trade House Perekryostok (X5 Retail Group), and a member of the Board of Directors of Alfa Insurance. Prior to joining Alfa-Bank Russia, he served as Chairman of the Executive Board of one of the first venture capital funds in Russia, SPF Kontakt XXI.

Viktoriya Mykhaylo has been Chairman of the Management Board of Alfa-Bank Ukraine since September 2009.
Viktoriya has more than 20 years of successful professional experience in the financial sector of Ukraine, including senior positions in the structures of the holding company ABH Holdings S.A. Under the leadership of Viktoriya Mykhaylo, two major financial institutions – Alfa-Bank Ukraine and Ukrsotsbank were merged. Viktoriya Mykhaylo actively participates in the work of the Tax Committee of the Verkhovna Rada and the Independent Association of Banks of Ukraine.
From 2006 to 2009 Viktoriya Mykhaylo served as the General Director of the investment company Alfa Capital (Ukraine). From 2000 to 2006 Viktoriya Mykhaylo worked on the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Alfa-Bank Ukraine. From 1995 to 2000 she was Financial Director of Alfa Capital.
In 1994, Viktoriya Mykhaylo graduated from T. Shevchenko Kyiv National University (KNU), majoring in Economics, Research and Project Management. In 1997 she completed postgraduate studies at KNU in Accounting and Audit.
Human Resources Director
Maryia Harauskaya joined management team of Alfa-Bank Ukraine on June 1, 2020.
Prior to joining Alfa-Bank Ukraine, starting from 2011, Maryia has worked at Alfa-Bank Belarus, first in the retail business, and later in the field of personnel management. Since 2017, she held the position of HRBP and supported the IT and operations units, and in 2019 she assumed responsibility for the HR Department.
Since 2008, she has worked as client manager at Bank Leumi (Israel) and as regional corporate sales manager at Delta Bank Belarus.
Maryia Harauskaya graduated from the University of Haifa (Israel) majoring in Human Resource Management and has Master’s degree in English Literature and Linguistics.
Director of Small and Medium Business
Alexander Gorinov joined executive team of Alfa-Bank Ukraine in February 2020. Under his leadership is developing one of the bank's priority areas - small and medium-sized businesses.
Alexander has extensive experience in the banking sector and in-depth expertise in the segment of corporate, small and medium-sized businesses, where he has held senior positions for the last 10 years. Since 2016, Alexander has successfully managed medium-sized business at Alfa-Bank Belarus.
Alexander obtained higher financial and economic education at Kemerovo State University and the Siberian Academy of Finance and Banking.

Robert Dzialak joined the team of Alfa-Bank Ukraine in March 2020 as Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed a member of the Management Board on September 9, 2020. At Alfa-Bank Ukraine, Robert Dzialak oversees the operations unit and the Information Technology unit.
Robert Dzialak has more than 20 years of experience in the financial markets of Ukraine and abroad. He started his banking career in 1998 with Citibank (Poland), and later from the position of Head of Asset Products Mr. Dzialak moved to PKO Bank Polski (Poland). For the next 10 years, he held senior positions at PKO Bank Polski, as well as at FUIB (Ukraine) and Getin Holding S.A. (Poland).
Since April 2016, Robert Dzialak has been working in the structures of the private investment holding company ABH Holdings S.A. In 2016–2020 at Alfa-Bank (Belarus) he held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, member of the Management Board in charge of retail business, and later - Chief Executive Officer. Also in 2017-2019 he held the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of Alfa-Bank (Kazakhstan).
Mr. Dzialak earned master's degrees in engineering, finance and business administration from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Marketing and Management School in Warsaw and Warsaw Technology University Business School.
Member of the Management Board, Director of Risk Management Division
Vitaliy Dydyshko was appointed to the position of Director of Risk Management in November 2017 and is responsible for this function at Alfa-Bank Ukraine.
Vitaliy Dydyshko has more than 20 years of successful experience in banks, where he worked in various positions, from economist to director, and significant expertise in implementing large-scale projects on risk management. Prior to joining Alfa-Bank Ukraine, Vitaliy spent the last 7 years being in charge of risk management at affiliated banks of the Sberbank group in the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine.
Vitaliy Dydyshko was born in Belarus. He graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University in Minsk and earned Executive MBA degree from the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, and the Financial Risk Manager qualification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Head of Treasury
Mr. Lototskyi joined Alfa-Bank Ukraine in July 2008. He has over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, of which more than ten years were in treasury and financial markets. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lototskyi held the position of Deputy Head of Risk Management of Alfa-Bank Ukraine. From 2002 to 2008, he headed the Treasury Division in ProCredit Bank. Between 1997 and 2001, he worked at Express-Bank after having graduated from Kyiv National Economic University.
Director of Legal Affairs
Rostyslav Matiash joined the team of Alfa-Bank Ukraine in 2009. He held the post of vice-president, director of legal affairs. Since May 2014 he joined the management board of the bank.
From November 2017 to October 2019, he was a member of the management board of Ukrsotsbank, which was part of the investment holding company ABH Holdings S.A. Upon completion of the merger of Ukrsotsbank with Alfa-Bank Ukraine in October 2019 he was again appointed director of legal affairs of Alfa-Bank Ukraine.
Rostyslav Matiash has over 17 years of experience in the banking sector. In 2002-2003 he worked at MT-Bank, from 2003 to 2009 - in the First Ukrainian International Bank, where from 2006 to 2009 he headed the legal division.
Rostyslav Matiash earned degree in law from the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He is an active member of the Ukrainian Bar Association and the Committee on legal support of banks and the protection of creditors rights of the Independent association of banks of Ukraine.
Director of Private Banking Division
Victoria has over 11 years of banking experience. In 2008, she joined the UniCreditGroup team and served as Head of retail risk and credit portfolio department.
During the integration process between UniCreditBank and Ukrsotsbank Victoria was a member of the group of key specialists on the integration of the two banks. After the merger, from December 2013, Victoria was responsible for managing and developing private banking business of the united bank.
Since 2016, Viktoria Pivneva was appointed Director of private banking, sharing leadership of this direction in two banks - Alfa Bank Ukraine and Ukrsotsbank.
Victoria is a graduate of the Kyiv National Economic University and earned a master's degree in banking audit and accounting.
Security Director
Oleksandr Rogach joined Alfa-Bank’s Ukraine team in September 2010 after 25 years’ service with the state security authorities
He earned two specialized university degrees and holds a PhD in technical sciences.

Mr. Serezhin was appointed to the position of the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Alfa-Bank Ukraine in February 2012. Prior to his appointment, Dmitry worked in the structure of the holding company ABH Holdings S.A. - Alfa-Bank (Russian Federation), where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer for more than five years. From 2001 to 2005 Dmitry Serezhin worked as First Deputy Chief Accountant of Alfa-Bank Russia.
Before joining Alfa-Bank (Russian Federation), Mr. Serezhin worked at large Russian banks, including "СБР-АГРО", where he headed financial and accounting departments.
In 1997, Dmitry graduated from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics with the Degree in Mathematical Methods in Economics, in 2001 he graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy specializing in Law.
Member of the Management Board, Compliance and Financial Monitoring Director
On March 1, 2018 Polina Kharchenko was appointed to the position of Director for Compliance Control and Financial Monitoring of Alfa-Bank Ukraine.
Polina Kharchenko has more than 23-years’ experience of successful work in the banking sector, including 15 years of experience in management positions.
Before joining the team of Alfa-Bank Ukraine and Ukrsotsbank Polina Kharchenko headed the financial monitoring department of "UKRGAZBANK". Since 2008, she worked at PJSC "Prominvestbank" as the director of the financial monitoring department, and then the director of compliance department and served as a member of the board of directors of the bank. Prior to 2008, Polina Kharchenko held various leading positions at PJSC Prominvestbank.
Polina Kharchenko earned two higher education degrees at the Kyiv Institute of Banking and the Ternopil Academy of National Economy (banking).
Polina Kharchenko is the head of the working group on financial monitoring at the Independent Association of Ukrainian Banks (NABU).

Ms Cherkay joined the Alfa-Bank Ukraine team in September of 2014 bringing with her an extensive background in banking. Earlier, she worked as Director of Sales and Management Board Member at Piraeus Bank, and served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at Erste Bank. Earlier, she held a number of management positions at Aval Bank.
Ms Cherkay in 1996 graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University with a degree in Finance and Credit and from 2008 to 2010 studied in a special executive management program of the Institute for Economics and Business, Vienna, Austria.
