Roman Shpek joined Alfa-Bank Ukraine in 2008 as Vice President and was subsequently appointed Senior Advisor to Alfa-Bank Ukraine. He also chairs the Board of the Independent Association of Ukrainian Banks (NABU) and was a member of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine in 2010-2015.
Roman Shpek is a famous Ukrainian statesman and diplomat. In 2000 - 2008 GG he led the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the European Union, and during 1996-2000 - The National Agency for Reconstruction and Development, and then - The National Agency for Development and European Integration.
In 1995-1996, Mr. Shpek has been the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine on economic issues, and in 1993-1995 he was the Minister of Economy of Ukraine. In 1992-1993 - he was the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
Roman Shpek graduated from the Lviv Forestry Engineering Institute, specializing in "Engineer" (1976), and the International Institute of Management, Business Administration has a master's degree in International Economics (1991).

From 1994 to June 2011, Mr. Aven served as President of Alfa-Bank (Russia). Mr. Aven was responsible for the Bank's overall strategy and relations with business and government leaders in Russia and abroad. Prior to joining Alfa-Bank (Russia) in 1994, Mr. Aven was Minister of Foreign Economic Relations for the Russian Federation (1991-1992), serving as Russia's representative to the Group of Seven, and conducting a number of high-level trade and economic missions to Western capitals. Mr. Aven worked at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis in Laxenburg, Austria (1989-1991).
Currently, he is Chairman of the Board of Directors of ABH Holdings S.A., member of the Supervisory Board of Alfa-Bank Ukraine, member of the Board of Directors of Alfa-Bank (Russia) and Chairman of the Board of Directors at AlfaStrakhovanie Group.
Mr. Aven is a member of the Board of Directors of the New Economic School (NES), a member of President’s Council on International Activities of Yale University (USA), also he is a member of the Boards of Trustees of: the Moscow State University named after Lomonosov, the Russian Geographical Society, and Co-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts. Also, Mr. Aven is a member of the Presidium of Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), a professor at the State University Higher School of Economics and is Honorary Doctor (Dr.h.c.) of the University of Latvia. Since April 2006, he has been a member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. In 2007 Mr. Aven became Chairman of the Russia-Latvian Business Council.
He graduated from the Moscow State University in 1977 and holds a PhD in Econometrics. Mr. Aven was born in Moscow, Russia in 1955.

Mr. Voeykov has many years of experience in finance and banking. He started his career in banking in 1996. Prior to the appointment as a member of the Supervisory Board of Alfa-Bank Ukraine, Mr. Voeykov held senior management and leadership positions in large banks, where at different times he was responsible for developing business with small and medium-sized enterprises, corporate sales, corporate market analysis and credit products sales.
Vladimir Voeykov joined the international team of ABH Holdings S.A. in 2018, and currently serves as the director of medium-sized businesses, a member of the Management Board of Alfa-Bank (Russia).
