Альфа-Банк Україна підтверджує, що заарештовано рахунки з цінними паперами холдингової компанії ABHU, яка володіє 42,4% акцій Альфа-Банку Україна, та які знерухомлено через обмеження Національної комісії з цінних паперів та фондового ринку. Більш того, Альфа-Банк Україна сам і виконав минулої п'ятниці ухвалу про арешт рахунків, згідно з ухвалою суду
Арешт рахунків ніяк не впливає на функціонування Альфа-Банку Україна та не має жодних наслідків для клієнтів. Ще раз звертаємо увагу, що гроші не виводилися, а заводилися на холдингові компанії, рахунки яких відкрито в Альфа-Банку Україна. Щодо згаданої угоди, то за інформацією, що є у банку, вона проведена між двома клієнтами відповідно до законодавства України. Предметом угоди були корпоративні права на організацію з активами понад 10 млн доларів. Вся інформація про угоди клієнтів надсилається банком на запит уповноважених органів у встановленому порядку.
Михайло Фрідман ніколи не брав участі в управлінні банком, у кожній з компаній є свій менеджмент. Управління банком, як і раніше, здійснює Правління та Наглядова рада. Акціонери не беруть участь у роботі банку та афілійованих компаній. З квітня 2022 року право голосу за їхніми акціями НБУ передав Сімеону Дянкову – колишньому міністру фінансів і віцепрем'єру Болгарії, та нинішньому голові Групи фінансових ризиків Лондонської школи економіки.
Банк працює у штатному режимі, у законодавчому полі та відповідно до вимог НБУ. Зі свого боку, банк надає правоохоронним органам всю необхідну інформацію.
Раніше Михайло Фрідман відкрито виступив проти війни та спростував звинувачення у виведенні коштів.

Alfa-Bank Ukraine confirms that the securities accounts held by the holding company ABHU that owns 42.4% of Alfa-Bank Ukraine’s stock have been seized and frozen due to the restrictions imposed by the Ukraine’s National Commission on Securities and Stock Market. Moreover, Alfa-Bank Ukraine executed the decision on seizure of the bank accounts last Friday pursuant to the court order.
The seizure of bank accounts does not have any adverse implications for the Alfa-Bank Ukraine’s day-to-day operations and servicing the customers. Once more time, we’d like to accentuate that the money wasn’t withdrawn, it was deposited in the holding companies’ accounts opened with Alfa-Bank Ukraine. According to the information available to the Bank, two clients entered into the aforesaid agreement in compliance with the legislative requirements of Ukraine. The subject matter of the agreement was participatory interests in the company with assets worth over $ 10 mln. The Bank discloses all information regarding the agreements between the clients to the authorized bodies in the prescribed manner upon request.
Mikhail Friedman has never been involved in the management of the Bank; each company has its own management to run the business. The Bank, as before, is managed by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board. The shareholders do not participate in the management of the Bank and its affiliates. On April 2022, the NBU transferred the voting rights in respect of shares held by the shareholders to Simeon Djankov - former Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister of Bulgaria, and currently the Head of the Financial Markets Group at the London School of Economics.
The Bank is operating as normal within the legislative framework in accordance with the NBU’s requirements. On its part, the Bank provides all information requested by the law enforcement agencies.
Before that, Mikhail Fridman openly opposed the war and denied allegations regarding siphoning off the funds.
